Frank Garrison has spent more than fifty years on the water. He learned to sail at nine years old on a Georgia reservoir alongside his father, where seamanship was taught early and mistakes were not repeated.

His experience spans sailing and power boating, vessel handling, maintenance oversight, trip planning, and marine safety. He has organized and guided fishing and hunting expeditions and understands boats as tools, not trophies.

Before founding Brackish Marine, Frank built a career in corporate insurance sales, developing a sharp understanding of risk, responsibility, and client trust. Those skills now protect his clients’ vessels, time, and peace of mind.

Frank carries himself with the quiet authority of someone who has spent a lifetime paying attention. He brings discipline, reliability, and calm judgment to every vessel under his care.
